October 19th 2009	A quick update from Ken Hensley about the new album: "We are now mixing 'Love & Other Mysteries' and it's a very exciting time. I will deliver the master to the label in Hamburg on November 3rd and then we will begin the promotional build-up to the official release, expected in early February 2010. More soon Ken <><"

October 2nd 2009	A new update by Ken himself about the new upcoming CD: "Hi Everyone, We are very close to finishing the new CD now. The title, 'Love & Other Mysteries' is settled, the front cover is finished and all the other cover details are being worked on. The box will include a booklet, reproducing the hand-written lyrics. I have four vocals to do and one slide guitar part before we finish mixing and go to mastering. We will record one more track, 'Somewhere in Paradise', that will be the pre-release single and available separately for download. The video for 'Bleeding Heart' is done and we are now expecting to deliver the CD to the label on October 15th. Release is planned for the first week in February and as soon as the mastering is done, we will compile a sampler for the main web site and the MySpace page so you can get a taste of what's to come. July 17th 2009	Ken Hensley has accepted an invitation to participate in the World Creativity Forum, sponsored by IBM and The Government of Baden-Wuerttemberg in Stuttgart on December 1st. Ken will be performing with the Sawubona Band and involved in a panel discussion with, among others, professor Brandenburg, the inventor of MP3.

April 23rd 2009	We have really sad news to share with you. Ken speaks himself: "Hi Everyone, I am deeply sorry to tell you that my dear friend, partner, engineer and co-producer Dani lost his 3-year old son Marcos last night as a result of a fire in their apartment building. His estranged wife Angie is in a coma and not expected to live. None of us knows what will happen next but I would ask that you keep this family in your prayers. Marcos is in Heaven, Angie is almost there and Dani is understandably devastated and needs the comfort and consolation that can only come through friends, family and prayer. Thanks, Ken <><"

February 22nd 2009	A new message from Ken Hensley, about the new album: "Hi Everyone, Just wanted to update you on progress with the new CD. We have 6 tracks finished now and we'll be adding live strings to some of them on March 14th, with Matt dela Pola again writing the arrangements. We already have some incredible voices on this record (besides mine of course!). So far we have Glenn Hughes dueting with an incredible young lady from Bulgaria named Alexsantra Salkova and Sarah Rope from Valencia is singing two songs, including the Spanish language version of 'No Matter', a song that will also be sung in English By Irene Forniciari (that name should be familiar if you're a fan of Zuchero) and her partner Roberto Tiranti. Sarah's partner, Paul Chafer is handling all of the real piano stuff, including Yamaha Grand, Fender Rhodes and Wurlitzer. On Thursday (26th) we will add some odds and ends and do some working mixes before I take a break to finish writing the last few songs and go to Hannover for the CeBit. It's going to be a VERY different record and it has been a great challenge to get this far because the songs (and especially the lyrics) are leading the production! We are achieving amazing results doing it this way because we can immediately tell what works for a song and what doesn't. It requires more than the usual amount of patience but, with the welcome, continued support of Membran International and a great team of musicians and technicians, we are having a great time making this record. We hope to have it ready to release in late May 2009, almost exactly two years after Blood On The Highway. I'll keep you all informed of course! God bless, Ken <><"
